I seem to remember reading in New Scientist that the arsenic wasn't administered to him, but had something to do with the wallpaper. Sounds odd enough to be true....

I saw a programme about that too. They found a lot of arsenic in the wallpaper and came to the conclusion that he had been slowly poisoned.
