Two "dodgy" characters (self gratifying and the resulting outcome leaving a mark) were on board this TV series. Today I'm looking for a third member and the crafty name. I've given you a raft of clues, anyone going to launch into an answer?

    Question #45724. Asked by sequoianoir.

The craft was the good ship “Black Pig.” The third member was the cabin boy. To fit in with your clues he should be called Roger, but he seems to have actually been called Tom. According to Snopes, the other crew members didn’t have the names that are often attributed to them, either. What a spoilsport Snopes can be!

Sorry for not giving you the well deserved YO! much sooner.
Quite correct, shame about Roger the cabin boy, Bates the Master and Stains the Seaman.
