Further to #45845, when was the earliest reference to Caspar, Melchior, and Balthazar?

It would seem to be the "Hieronymian Martyrology" of C. the seventh cetury, where Caspar is Gaspar. http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/09527a.htm

I really love spending a few minutes scanning the latest questions, and answers, here. I appreciate that the rules ask for a reference to accompany the answer, but should they not also say that any reply should actually give an answer, and not just a reference? I find it a bit peeving to have a reply consisting only of something like - "Here's the reference guys!"
