The Treaty of Rome established the European Economic Community. It was signed on March 25, 1957 by France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and West Germany.

Assuming we are being asked about the Treaty of Rome which established the EEC, and not for example, the Statute of Rome which established the International Criminal Court, then:
the treaty was originally signed and later ratified by France, Italy, West Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg;
over the years it has been amended by later treaties (such as Maastricht and Amsterdam) which take effect as amendments to Rome and (good trivia this) the originals of those are also kept in Rome; and
it has since been signed and ratified by the other members who have joined over the years, being Britain, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Finland, Greece, Spain and Portugal (but I don't know if it has also now been properly ratified by the new accession states who are about to join).
