It wouldn't even have had bread. It was a Passover Seder. It would have had unleavened bread (known as matzah). There was also a good collection of fruits.

This is the ingredients of the Seder plate, but documents suggest that any form of dessert was missing from Jesus's meal.
Hard boiled egg - everything in boiling water becomes soft and disintegrates, but an egg becomes hard like the Israelites. Also symbolizes new life.
Roasted shankbone of lamb - reminds them there had to be blood sacrificed to save their lives.
Bitter herbs - horseradish - servants to slavery.
Parsley dipped in salt water - fresh green symbol of hope with the salty tears cried in Egypt.
Haroset - a wine, nut and apple mixture which resemble mud/mortar used to build the treasure cities for Pharaoh. A symbol of hope of freedom.
Last night in a re-enactment of this meal we had Halva as a desert, but I can't say whether this is truly symbolic, or a present day addition. It was delicious though!
