The first in the UK was from Blackpool to Southport and on to Manchester in 1919. Beaten to being the first in Europe by a service in Germany started three months earlier, but I can't tell you where it went.

Not sure of internal flights but the first between countries was KLM's Amsterdam - London which began on 17th May 1920.
