    Who composed the Last Post?

    The bugle call "The Last Post" is listed here as 'traditional' http://www.mfiles.co.uk/Scores/the-last-post.pdf

    So I guess it is another work in the oeuvre of that prolific writer composer and poet A. Nonymous. It has been in use since 1885. The US equivalent is "Taps". Robert Graves, the great classical scholar, wrote a poem called "The Last Post".
