Which is the poorest country in Europe?

It is now Moldova, according to the CIA world factbook ($2100 per capital):

2nd is probably Albania ($4900 -- also from CIA world factbook).
Note: Bosnia and Herzegovina has a huge "gray" market that is estimated to be as large as 50% of its GDP (which is $6,800 per capita, not $1900).
