    		I find the Kawasaki Vulcan 2000, at 2053 cc as the largest V-twin on the market, courtesy of this site.

    		Must be Triumph's Rocket lll, weighing in at 2294 cc, this 3 cylinger behemoth also weighs in at over 700 pounds.
