    Why do breasts have nipples?

    Men have nipples because a new fetus does not produce testosterone until 14 weeks, by which time the nipples have already formed. We do not develop the milk glands though.

    RMG, that's not strictly true.

    "Milk glands" are only modified sweat glands which of course we all have.
    It has been known for men to produce milk.
