Why don't healthy adults get pimples or blackheads?

Healthy and clean adults DO get pimples and blackheads. Even the most diligent face-cleaners of any age can and will get pimples on occasion. Plenty of adult women will get pimples during the menstrual cycles, no matter how well they care for their faces. But most of them, by then, have learned how to conceal them.
