    I've been reading an article about Roquefort cheese, and apparently, this type of cheese is ripened in limestone caves. The article was written several years ago, so I was wondering; is Roquefort still made in this way, or have production methods changed since then?

    Several years ago, I read an article about a proposal to one day establish ozone manufacturing plants on Mars. With information about the lack of magnetism and the core no longer rotating, is this still possible? Seems the atmosphere may once again be blown away by solar winds.
