Hebrew, Aramaic, probably some Greek and Latin, depending on whom he was speaking to. When he prayed it would have been Hebrew, but possibly a few of his more significant quotes were said in Aramaic.
It is to be remembered, however, that Western (i.e. Israeli) Aramaic and Hebrew were very, very similar languages, like modern day Spanish and Portuguese or Dutch and Afrikaans. Very often one would easily be able to switch languages in mid sentence and hardly even be noticed. The Aramaic most familiar to people today is Talmudic Aramaic, which was spoken some 500 years later and 500 miles east of Israel in what is now Iraq and Iran. That language is a little further away from Hebrew and has more in common with Arabic (though it is still written with the Hebrew alphabet).
