Brazil, which borders French Guiana.
Source: last night’s “University Challenge.” Confirmed in Wikipedia, which gives the border with Brazil as 655 km. The border with Spain is 623 km, Belgium 620 km, Switzerland 573 km, Italy 488 km and Germany 451 km.
