What are the spellings of the term that describes a spare or additional tyre of an automobile?

Question #48038. Asked by ranan. (Jun 02 04 2:20 AM)

I'm not sure what you're asking for. In the US we call it a spare tire or just a spare. Those little undersized spares are sometimes referred to as 'doughnuts' (also spelled donuts.)

I don't know exactly but the guess is 'Stepney' or 'Stipney'. Hope you can help in knowing the exact spellings!
