    		Sand, sun, surf and glorious summer days. Welcome to Palm Beach, aka Summer Bay, located on Sydney’s northern beaches.

    Palm Beach, or ‘Palmy’ as locals call it, is best known as the idyllic town of Summer Bay. However, the actual beach has a few other aliases that aren’t as flattering. They include ‘Mad Mick’s Hollow’ and ‘Cranky Alice’s Beach’. Strewth! Where’s ‘Alf’s Flamin’ Beach’?

    Home and Away isn’t the only show that’s used the gorgeous surrounds of Palm Beach as a location. It has been used for many advertisements and TV series, including Water Rats, Outriders and Search for Treasure Island 2.
