    How come when someone goes missing it is referred to as a "milk carton" case?

    Doesn't America still put pictures of missing children on its milk cartons or has that stopped now? If so, why?

    Child Find of America was instrumental in getting runaways and missing children on the cartons. The campaign is fading in the advance of the exposure the internet provides.
