Italy declared war on Britain and France on 10 June 1940. The fascist government having capitulated to the invading Allies on 8 September 1943, the new Italian government joined the Allies and declared war on Germany on 13 October 1943.

Peasy, I have another answer as well. Bulgaria declared war on the Allies 6 April 1941, and then on Germany 7 Sept 1944.
Some countries didn’t declare war on the Allies but by dint of the fact that they were aiding the Axis powers had war declared on them by some of the Allies, but once freed by the Allies their new governments joined the Allies and declared war on Germany. This group includes Finland, Romania and Hungary.
