Does the person who is the voice of Lisa Simpson on "The Simpsons" also play Lisa's saxophone?

The name Lisa Dearco appears in the usually reputable TV Tome as someone who did the voice of Lisa in 1989, I presume in some of the Tracy Ullman shorts. Her name appears hardly anywhere else. Yeardley Smith is the long-running voice of Lisa and I vaguely remember this small squeaky actress for a number of roles such as in the sitcom "Herman's Head".
I don't think Yeardley plays the saxophone for Lisa, but as "The Simpsons" is proud of the 40-piece orchestra it uses to score every episode I doubt they use a synthesised one. For more on the scoring of the Simpsons see this link:
