Yeaux gets the yay in that the Swiss vote more frequently than any other nation. They have had nearly 50 referendums in the last 4 years as it only takes 50,000 signatures within 10 years of a law being passed to hold a referendum on it. The Swiss only gave the vote to women in 1971 because voting there is seen by many as a chore rather than a privilege. Anyway, Switzerland is governed by a Federal Council of seven ministers voted from the four main parties.
