    Which country is very democratic but usually most of its people neither know nor care who its premier is?

    		Yeaux gets the yay in that the Swiss vote more frequently than any other nation. They have had nearly 50 referendums in the last 4 years as it only takes 50,000 signatures within 10 years of a law being passed to hold a referendum on it. The Swiss only gave the vote to women in 1971 because voting there is seen by many as a chore rather than a privilege.
    Anyway, Switzerland is governed by a Federal Council of seven ministers voted from the four main parties. The non-executive president is chosen annually from this Council and changes every year, currently it is Joseph Deiss.
