No it is not, in fact in Ohio at least they have 'experts' in the BMV [Bureau of Motor Vedhicles] who sift every license application to be absolutely certain no hint of double, single or triple entendre's seep in. Anthony Comstock is alive and well in Ohio at least. Jun 25 04, 7:27 AM
