    What river, besides the Potomac River, is a state boundary for more than 25 miles of length and for that entire distance both banks of the river are in the same state?

    		The low water mark of the Potomac River is the boundary between Maryland and Virginia; the "entire" river is in Maryland.

    The Connecticut River forms Vermont's eastern border with New Hampshire. The boundary is actually on the Vermont side of the river at the low water mark. This means that New Hampshire "owns" the river that divides the two states.
