Is it better to brush your teeth without toothpaste than not brushing at all?

    Question #49489. Asked by GCNmaster22. (Jul 16 04 9:50 AM)

It is better to brush with toothpaste with all the benefits in it as described on each individual package. In addition, it gives a feeling of personal freshness & confidence & certainly everyone will be grateful for the aroma of mint or bubble gum, etc. instead of the alternative.

If the only choices are brushing without toothpaste or not brushing at all, it is better to brush (without toothpaste) which would at least remove food particles and plaque.
