    According to W3.org, why are scrollbar colors not valid CSS?

    By the way, for those that don't know, W3.org is the sort of centre of the internet. It's where all the compatability issues get sorted, and where they make sure that things can be read anywhere. It doesn't own the internet, nor does it police it. It just makes sure that the whole thing actually works. A suggestion for Augusta - could it be because scrollbar colours are locally defined - i.e. by your operating system display setup - and as such not part of a cascading style sheet?
