Does the Priory of Sion still exist, and if so, how many current members are there?

Of course, if any of us tell you then we'll have to kill you .....
Historically there have been religious orders called the 'Ordre de Sion' which have had priories, but none of those survive. I assume however you mean the shadowy organisation alleged to exist in some popular conspiracy books of the 1980s onwards ('Holy Blood and the Holy Grail' and all that). There have been some very convincing demolition jobs done on this by investigative journalists, but some people nevertheless prefer to believe it.
So depending on your point of view, it's membership is either none (because it was an attention-seeking spoof all along) or a secret known only to a tiny handful of Senior Illuminati who probably know where I live, and possibly even have the power to turn off my comput#%$&***..
