Yay, Skypilot, highboard diving it is!

Those among you who have studied physics should know that the end velocity (v) of an object from rest under acceleration (a) and through a distance (s) is given by the formula v = sq rt (2as).
Here a = 10m/s/s and s = 10 m.
So v = sq rt (200) = 14 m/s approx.
1 m/s = 3.6 km/hr and 1 km/hr = 5/8 mph (approx).
14 x 3.6 x 5/8 = 30.5 mph. This is the speed at which 10m-divers enter the water.
