In trying to find something that the Greeks have invented in the last 200 years, I only found soft ice cream, developed by Thomas Carvelas, a Greek immigrant to New York in 1934. Can anybody find some other modern Greek inventions?

Can anyone find the url of a freee site with the sheet music for music played in the godfather movie, i believe composed by nino rota, all the sites I have found charge money or are trying to sell something?
