    When there's a full moon here in the UK, is there a full moon everywhere in the world?

    Yes. The only difference in the way people around the globe see the moon is the angle at which it appears at midnight. Closer to the equator the moon will appear higher up overhead, just like the sun. In New Zealand or Hawaii It will appear 12 or 13 hours later, but it will look almost exactly the same.
