At an average speed of around 37,500 mph (or more than twice the maximum velocity of the Space Shuttle during its re-entry) Puck will need to rely extensively on magic to avoid frying to a crisp within seconds.

Yay to the Count and to Stew. Even if Mr Goodfellow could reach the speed and withstand the temperature there would be another problem.

As Stew says, he would have to have an average speed of 37,500 mph.
However, Earth's escape velocity is only 25,000 mph so he would take off before he got around the planet.
