    In baseball, a batter hits a ball that bounces three times before it hits the wall of the right-center field gap. The center fielder then picks the ball up and throws it over the wall intentionally. What is the ruling?

    		More specifically, two bases are awarded for a ball thrown out of play. The batter, at the umpire's discretion, may be awarded third base, depending upon the batter's position on the base path when the ball was actually thrown out of play.
