Prudence was Prudence Farrow, younger sister of Mia Farrow who attended the same meditation course in India as the Beatles. The song was a plea to her to come out from her excessively long periods of meditation and relax with the rest of the group. In the Beatles' song 'Martha, My Dear' who was Martha? "Is that you, Stella?" and "Where have you been, my dear?" are lines from which novel? Any ideas on the Song Title. This has been sung on the radio by Pyewackett (among others) and starts 'Oh dear what a pity, ----- Golden city' and a variation is Emerald city.
