Right. Napoleon I, the Emperor of France had a younger brother called Jerome, who served in the French Navy where he married an American who bore him a son in Surrey, England. His name was Jerome Napoleon Bonaparte and he moved to Maryland where his son was the Charles J Bonaparte who was Secretary of the Navy before founding the FBI. Oct 14 04, 7:06 PM
