Who have been the last five people to walk on the moon? Other than Earth, has anybody walked on anything else besides the Moon?

    Question #51675. Asked by moviegoer13. (Oct 14 04 1:19 PM)

    Arpeggionist

The last two: Gene Cernan and Jack Schmidt, on Apollo 17.
Ken Matingly was on Apollo 16, but I forget who the commander was on that mission, and the names of the Apollo 15 crew.

No human has ever set foot on any planet outside Earth, nor on any asteroid. Our moon was about as far as we've been able to reach. And even then the program was cut short by politics.
