    I was watching Harry Hill on TV last night and he asked this question, why do a lot of biscuits have small holes in them?

    		Apparently they're called dockers, and they're put into biscuits in order to let the steam escape while baking and create a really crisp biscuit.

    Before I asked a question about the different denominations and received a reply, but I think the question I asked was too broad.
