Its a sign for Tourette Syndrome is quite common in most cases of suffers.

It's a very serious complaint, too. It causes the sufferers to blurt out often very rude phrases inadvertantly.

I have a friend with it and it's like having a rude parrot in the room continually. As the others said, it's exactly as described and shows how specific the areas in the brains are as Tourette's manages to focus exactly in this area for most sufferers, though violence is the other main symptom, as it involves a loss of voluntary control over these actions.
