In baseball, if you pitch a complete game and give up no walks, no hits, no runs, but your team commited an error, does that still count as a perfect game?

Well, it could certainly count as a perfect game if the error your team committed did not result in a runner reaching base. For instance, let's say a batter hit a foul pop up that should have been caught by a fielder from your team. If it was misplayed, the fielder would be given an error, even though it didn't result in a runner reaching base. My understanding of a perfect game is that it is one in which no batters reach base. How could you have a complete baseball game with only one pitch being thrown? When was the first "Zoo Tycoon" game released? Expansions and Complete Collection don't count. At what inning, will a baseball game cancelled due to rain game be considered complete, like I doubt a team winning after one inning will be considered the winner if the game is stopped then, but I can see a team leading after eight full innings before the game is stopped to be considered the winner?
