I found a site that said November 11, 1930. It said that it was originally Nov 11 1920 but was changed on the James Bond passport in the 60's to match Connery's birth year, which is 1930. November 11, 1920 - Birth of James Bond in Wattenscheid, to Andrew Bond and Monique Delacroix. I found November 16th, 1924.
