    		It's a courting game that Hmong boys and girls play to help them find their marriage partners. They throw balls made of cloth backwards and forwards between them, singing courtship songs at the same time. They usually use tennis balls now.

    		I didn't find that bit. Wondered how it worked. What if she really likes him but she's a bit of a butterfingers like me, and he thinks he's rejected, and goes off and joins the foreign legion with a broken heart, and... you get the picture. It seems a bit haphazard, doesn't it?
