    Six I believe. 3 boys and 3 girls. One boy died in infancy and the other two better known ones are Albert Victor and Prince George who became George V.

    Who knows how many illegitimate children Edward himself had with his various mistresses, but with his Princess/Queen he had the six children Peasy refers to. There were complications with the third child that gave Alexandra a limp on top of her increasing deafness and scarred neck.
