We know Cicero was beheaded under orders of Antony in Formiae, but where was his final resting place, not meaning his head and hands which went on display in the Forum, and what was the imagery displayed on this resting place?

Are you sure about this Peasy because nobody else seems to be.
There is a "Tomb of Cicero" at Formia itself which may or may not contain his remains.
Some claim his grave is on the Greek island of Zakynthos and it was thought of as such when the anatomist Vesalius was buried there in the 16th century.
There is a thriller novel by an author called Nikos called "Cicero's Tomb" revolving around a modern day "Catiline" conspiracy in the Balkans which involves a codex found on Zakynthos in the 1500s indicating the whereabouts of the orator's remains. Reviews of this book hint that this novel is partly based on truth but most relevant sources I find seem to be in any language except English.

Is it a picture of a chickpea, as it was the chickpea that gave Cicero his name and is often used in winter soups?

Oh about as sure as any historian whose text book I've read. Subject to conjecture of course.
Now, if you're not sure on the final resting place, how about hazarding a guess at the image? Think about Zuppa Inverno.
