    Apart from those here that are too young for alcohol, I think it's time for a drink. But perhaps not this one! A mixture of whiskey, Pernod, bitters, syrup and a bit of lemon is what it would be if I were making it here in the UK. What is it, and what would be in the more original version?

    		French Brandy was used originally, and it used to contain Absinthe.
