    		'Zubr' is the Polish for bison, I'm not sure about the 'ovka' (or more correctly 'owka').It might mean vodka or maybe locality? There is an excellent and amusing description with pictures of Zubrowka Vodka at http://www.polishvodka.com.pl/fr_zubrowka.htm
