    Do snow scenes feature on Australian Christmas cards?

    		Hi Maggie! Yes, they do! I was speaking to an Australian colleague only earlier today who was lamenting the fact that she was in the desert for Christmas. A student had brought in a pile of Christmas cards to write and she was reminiscing saying that the cards (which were all of Santa in the snow) were typical of Aussie cards. What a strange coincidence!

    		Alot of things pertaining to Christmas depict snow, hot puddings, snowmen, etc, here in Oz.

    Occasionally you may see a card or two with a surfing Santa clad in bathers, sun screen and shades....
