    		Presumably you mean in Britain? Then it's the kestrel (falco tinnunculus), also known as the European or Eurasian kestrel, or windhover. It is found throughout Europe and much of Asia and Africa.

    		Red kites also along the M40 but kestrels is what I would go for.
