Thomas Crapper, the inventor of the toilet aka the crapper, does not exist and he did not invent the toilet. There was a Thomas Crapper who was a plumber working in England from 1861 to 1904, however, this was long after toilets and plumbing were both invented. The man holds nine patents: Four for improvements to drains, three for water closets, one for manhole covers and the last for pipe joints.
