Prince Harry's grandfather's four elder sisters were all married to German princes, having been brought up in Germany before the war when the family had to leave Greece. I believe some of the princes were in the German military during the war (pretty hard not to have been, though one of them died in 1937 so his alibi is sound). It was because of anti-German sentiment that none of the sisters were invited to the Queen's wedding in 1947. I've never heard that any of the princes were anything more sinister than a soldier.
Hard to credit that these guys, even if any of them were National Socialists, exerted all that much influence on their brother-in-law's grandson though, especially since the last of them died even before his mother Diana was born. Perhaps we should hope that Prince Harry was influenced instead by Prince Phillip's mother, Princess Alice, though she also died before he was born. She worked for the Red Cross in occupied Athens during the war, and sheltered Jews from the Nazis for which she was honoured by a ceremony at Yad Vashem a few years ago. After the war Alice became a nun; she is buried in the Convent of St Mary Magdalene in Gethsemane.

Prince Christoph of Hesse married Sophia of Greece in 1931. Joining the Nazi Party in 1933, by 1935 Prince Christoph was chief of the Forschungsamt (directorate of scientific research), a special intelligence operation run by Hermann Göring, and he was also Standartenführer (colonel) of the SS on Heinrich Himmler's personal staff. The eldest of Prince Christoph and Sophie's children was named Karl Adolf, after Hitler. Later, Prince Philip would promote his education.

(a slightly hysterical source, I've only included what is documentable, and no interpretations).
There is nothing at all on Philip's other brothers-in-law, only the years of their births and deaths, but not even the days and months. Prince Christoph of Hesse and his position are however confirmed in Richard Grunberger "The 12-Year Reich", a well-researched and remarkably non-hysterical (to the point of being rather dry) book. The families of Hesse and Coburg, among the cousins of the British royal family, were both actively pro-Nazi.
