As you quantify Anarctica in your question, you may as well include the North Pole. No nation owns or has sovereignty over it, although some are and have been trying to over the years. http://members.tripod.com/90north/northpole.htm

If it's land and it's been found, someone will have claimed it. Who it actually belongs to is rather a different matter. On the CIA site, there are some little groups of rocks listed that are claimed by about half a dozen different nations.
