In the UK
George Harrison "My Sweet Lord" January 1971.
Paul McCartney (and Wings) "Mull of Kintyre" November 1977.
John Lennon "Imagine" December 1980.
Ringo Starr only made it to number 2 with "Back off Boogaloo" in April 1972.

For the US, I'm finding the former Beatles individually hit number one in this order.
1970 - My Sweet Lord
George Harrison
1971 - Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey
Paul McCartney
1973 - Photograph
Ringo Starr
1974 - Whatever Gets You Through the Night
John Lennon
