He also had an affair with a Mary Boleyn who was Anne's sister. Mary was then forced to marry William Carey. I believe Elizabeth I may have been Mary's daughter but its controversial.

I think the Mary Boleyn story is possibly a misunderstanding of the rumour that many scholars do believe that, before Henry and Anne were married, Mary (who almost certainly did have an affair with Henry) bore Henry an illegitimate son, also called Henry. But she certainly wasn't forced to marry William Carey because of that. The marriage to William (a courtier) was a very successful match and was what brought her into court (and contact with King Henry) in the first place (and incidentally she was probably only 12 when she married William).

It was whilst Mary was, shall we say, in favour with the King that Anne managed to get the position in the royal household that brought her to the attention of Henry's wandering eye. Elizabeth was born in September 1533, by which time Mary, although still one of her sister's thirty-odd ladies in waiting, had been out of favour with Henry for years. It is a mark of that disfavour that when William Carey died in 1528 King Henry made Anne the ward of Mary's son, Henry Carey (possibly King Henry's illegitimate son).

By the time Elizabeth came along, Mary was in love with William Stafford, and her decision in 1534 to marry Stafford, a commoner, precipitated a huge falling out with her family and her banishment from court.
