The Sonoran (I learned it as the Great Sonora in school, but the term seems to have changed.)
It covers parts of Arizona, California, and the state of Sonora, Mexico, and almost all of Baja California. It contains Palm Springs, California, and Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona.
